- Agoura Hills Redevelopment Agency was dissolved by the City of Agoura Hills, on 8/11/2011.
On 6/28/2011, California Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill No. 26 into law, effectively dissolving all of the cities’ Redevelopment Agencies (RDAs), unless an RDA agreed to meet compliance with new law.   Therefore, since the AHRDA no longer exists, there is no longer the corresponding "state mandate" to construct "affordable housing".
In the Navigation Box to the right on this screen, click on the tab "City of Agoura Hills" and then select the drop-down selection titled AH Redevelopment Agency, for more information.
